• 16 Mini waffles toasted
• 8 Boneless buffalo chicken bites cooked according to package directions
• buffalo-style hot sauce or marinade
• 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
• 2 Tablespoons blue cheese salad dressing

Instructions

 

• Cook waffles and boneless buffalo chicken bites, according to package directions.
• Layer blue cheese crumbles on top of a mini waffle, then top with a buffalo chicken bite.
• Drizzle with blue cheese salad dressing and buffalo hot sauce. Then top with another waffle.
