Perfect for the pool, porch or patio, this sparkling cherry cocktail is made with low-calorie, low-carb lemon lime spiked sparkling water, cherry schnapps and vanilla vodka.
I had a serious case of cocktail envy.
On our moms’ getaway to Orlando last year, my friend, Sara, and I went out for dinner and drinks one night. She ordered an amazing, sparkling cherry cocktail. My drink, which sounded fabulous on the menu, was just meh.
After Sara let me taste hers, every sip of my own cocktail tasted like regret!
When a drink is that tasty and memorable, you have to figure out a way to recreate it at home. And I did, using lemon-lime flavored Henry’s Hard Sparkling Water as the mixer.
This sparkling cherry cocktail is as good as it looks. If I close my eyes while I’m sipping one, I feel like I’m on vacation again.
Serve the sparkling cherry cocktail in a highball glass garnished with lime slices and cherries. I also added a pink straw for fun!
Sparkling Vanilla Cherry Cocktail

Henry’s Hard Sparkling Water in Lemon Lime flavor
Place two or three cherries in a highball glass and fill halfway with crushed ice.
Combine vanilla vodka, cherry schnapps and grenadine in a cocktail shaker and pour over ice.
Fill the glass with Henry’s Hard Sparkling Water, and stir to combine.
Garnish with lime slices and additional cherries.
At just 88 calories per can, Henry’s Hard Sparkling Water is a great low-calorie, low-carb alternative to traditional soda mixers. It gives this sparkling cherry cocktail an effervescent lemon-lime flavor kick without added sugar, artificial flavors or colors.
I grabbed the variety pack of Henry’s Hard Sparkling Water while I was at the grocery store. They’re going to be great for the pool this summer!
These spiked sparkling waters are tasty right out of the can, but I’m really looking forward to mixing up some cocktails with the other flavors. I’ve got some great ideas for the Passion Fruit and Strawberry Kiwi flavors.
Look for Henry’s Hard Sparkling Water in the beer aisle at your grocery store.
Don’t forget to pin this recipe for all your summertime celebrations.
