How to Make Pie Crust Cookies
Roll out pie dough onto a floured surface.
Use cookie cutters to cut out hearts.
Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush pie crust cookies with butter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
Bake in a 425℉ oven for 5 to 7 minutes, until crispy and browned.

Easy Pie Crust Cinnamon Sugar Hearts
Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pie crust dough
- 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Allow the pie crust to sit out at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes, then unroll.
- Use cookie cutters to cut out heart shapes from the pie dough. Place cookies on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roll out any remaining pie dough and repeat.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl or shaker.
- Brush each pie crust heart with melted butter.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the heart-shaped cookies.
- Bake cookies 5-7 minutes until they are golden and flaky, but not burned.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then remove from the pan.
- Serve with whipped cream and jam.
