Look for wonton wrappers in the produce section of the grocery store. The square ones work best for making appetizer cups.

Use a wooden tamper or spoon to press the wrappers into a muffin tin. You can use a regular muffin pan or a mini one.

Tip: If you’re making a large batch of wonton cups, you may find it helpful to wrap the stack of wonton wrappers in a damp paper towel so they don’t dry out.

Bake at 350-degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until the wontons are light golden brown and crispy.

If your cups need to go back into the oven after they’re filled, reduce the initial cooking time to 5 to 7 minutes.
