  1. Preheat oven broiler to low. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice jalapeño peppers in half, lengthwise.
  3. Use a spoon to remove seeds and membrane from the jalapeño peppers.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño pepper with a heaping tablespoon of pimento cheese.
  5. Broil on low for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Watch the oven closely so the jalapeño poppers don't get too browned.
