The secret? They're made with flour tortillas instead of corn! If you're a fan of Mexican pizza, these chips have the same delectable texture.

These tortilla chips are best fried in oil. But they can also be made in an air fryer.

Ingredients 6 flour tortillas 2 cups vegetable oil sea salt

Slice tortillas into triangles

Add tortillas to hot vegetable oil.

Fry until golden, flipping once.

Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.

While still hot, sprinkle chips with sea salt.
