Baked Feta Hot Artichoke Dip 

A tangy hot artichoke dip -- without spinach -- made with feta cheese. pimentos and marinated artichokes. Serve with pita chips, pretzels thins, crackers or bread.

The recipe takes only minutes to prep!  It can be made ahead of time and cooked later in the oven or a slow cooker. 

Ingredients ¾ cup mayonnaise ½ cup sour cream 2¼ cups artichoke hearts 2 oz. pimento peppers 8 oz. feta cheese ¾ cups Parmesan cheese  1 clove garlic 

Add mayonnaise, sour cream, drained artichoke hearts and pimentos, cheeses and minced garlic to a mixing bowl.

Stir gently until everything is well mixed.

Transfer the dip mixture to a pie pan or baking dish.

Bake at 350℉ for 20 to 25 minutes, until browned.  Serve dip hot with your favorite chips and crackers.

Slow Cooker Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir.  Transfer to a small, lightly greased slow cooker.  Cover and cook on low for 2½ hours, stirring halfway through.

For best results, serve the artichoke dip while it's still hot.  Serve with pita chips, Wheat Thins, tortilla chips, French bread, pretzel crisps or crostini.
