A tangy hot artichoke dip -- without spinach -- made with feta cheese. pimentos and marinated artichokes.Serve with pita chips, pretzels thins, crackers or bread.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir. Transfer to a small, lightly greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2½ hours, stirring halfway through.
For best results, serve the artichoke dip while it's still hot. Serve with pita chips, Wheat Thins, tortilla chips, French bread, pretzel crisps or crostini.
