Easy Chicken salad

When you need lunch in a hurry, whip up a batch of this easy and tasty 3-ingredient chicken salad. You can make it using leftover chicken, rotisserie chicken or canned chicken.

It's delicious on toasted bread, wheat bread, hearty sourdough or soft white bread.

Chicken Salad Ingredients 12 oz. cooked, shredded chicken breast 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 TBS sweet pickle relish

Cook's Tip You can make this recipe using canned chicken, leftover roasted chicken, grocery store rotisserie chicken or grilled chicken  — whatever you have on hand.

How to Make  Chicken Salad Drain canned chicken and shred with a fork. Add pickle relish.  Add mayonnaise, a little at a time, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve immediately or refrigerate and eat within 5 days.
