Equipment

  • Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces frozen ravioli
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • cooking spray
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

  • Combine eggs and milk in a shallow bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and crushed garlic. Stir to blend.
  • Dip frozen ravioli in the egg and milk mixture.
  • Dredge ravioli in the bread crumb mixture, coating evenly on both sides.
  • For a thicker crust, dip ravioli back in the egg mixture and coat with a second layer of bread crumbs. Place breaded ravioli on a plate in a single layer.

  • When the air fryer is hot, spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Place breaded ravioli into the air fryer, in a single layer, and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, if necessary, until ravioli are golden brown and heated through.
  • Serve hot with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
