  • 2 cups shredded American cheese
  • 1/2 cups Duke's Mayonnaise you can add more for a creamier texture
  • 2 Tablespoons diced pimento peppers
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 dash Texas Pete hot sauce or more, to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded American cheese and mayonnaise until well blended and creamy.
