Air Fryer Fried Ravioli

Enjoy traditional St. Louis-style fried ravioli made in an air fryer -- yes the air fryer! No deep frying required. Serve this cheesy toasted ravioli appetizer while it's hot with a marinara dipping sauce.

  • 16 ounces frozen ravioli
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • cooking spray
  • 1 cup marinara sauce


  1. Combine eggs and milk in a shallow bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and crushed garlic. Stir to blend.

  3. Dip frozen ravioli in the egg and milk mixture.

  4. Dredge ravioli in the bread crumb mixture, coating evenly on both sides.

  5. For a thicker crust, dip ravioli back in the egg mixture and coat with a second layer of bread crumbs. Place breaded ravioli on a plate in a single layer.

  6. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees.

  7. When the air fryer is hot, spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

  8. Place breaded ravioli into the air fryer, in a single layer, and spray lightly with cooking spray.

  9. Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, if necessary, until ravioli are golden brown and heated through.

  10. Serve hot with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
