Nothing beats the summer heat like a frozen cocktail. This spiked tropical lemonade is made with homemade infused pineapple rum and fresh fruit.

  • ½ cup mango juice
  • ½ cup lemonade
  • ½ to 1 cup infused pineapple rum
  • 1 cup frozen mango and pineapple optional
  • 4 pineapple wedges for garnish
  • 4 maraschino cherries for garnish
  • 2 to 4 cups crushed ice


  1. In a blender, combine mango juice, lemonade, frozen fruit and rum to taste.
  2. Add 2 cups of crushed ice and blend until smooth. If the mixture is not thick enough, add more ice and continue blending until it reaches the desired consistency..
  3. Pour into hurricane glasses and garnish with pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries.
