- 8.5 ounces Kettle chips
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup shredded mozarella cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese or gorgonzola cheese
- 2 TBS green onions sliced
Preheat broiler to low.
Pour the entire bag of chips into an iron skillet or another oven-safe serving dish.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the chips. Broil for a few minutes, until cheese is melted and chips are lightly golden.
Remove from oven and drizzle honey over the chips.
Spread crumbled blue cheese on top of the chips and garnish with green onion slices.
