Ingredients
  

  • 8.5 ounces Kettle chips
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese or gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 TBS green onions sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat broiler to low.
  • Pour the entire bag of chips  into an iron skillet or another oven-safe serving dish.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the chips. Broil for a few minutes, until cheese is melted and chips are lightly golden.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle honey over the chips. 
  • Spread crumbled blue cheese on top of the chips and garnish with green onion slices.
