Hot Cocoa Cookies with Marshmallows

Best served warm, like a mug of creamy hot chocolate! Hot Cocoa Cookies are loaded with chocolate chunks and gooey marshmallows.

Every bite oozes with puddles of warm chocolate and gooey marshmallows.

Ingredients 1 stick butter, softened 1 cup granulated sugar 1 large egg 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup all-purpose flour ⅓ cup cocoa powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ cup chocolate chunks ½ cup marshmallows ¼ cup marshmallow bits

Beat butter and sugar  until light and fluffy.

Add the egg & vanilla and mix to combine.

In a small bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder and baking soda.

With mixer on low, slowly add dry ingredients.

Mix just until no large lumps of flour remain

Fold  in chocolate  and marshmallows.

Mix until evenly distrubuted.

Place balls of dough on lined baking sheet.

Space dough at least 2 inches apart.

Bake the cookies for 12-14 minutes at 350℉ or until the edges are set.

Serve with milk, hot cocoa or coffee.
