I made a printable Santa napkin ring pattern for you to use. Click on the link below to access it.

If you're making this craft with little kids, you may want to cut out the felt shapes first, so they only have to glue the pieces together.

Using the provided pattern, trace Santa’s beard onto felt using a pencil or a disappearing fabric marker.  Cut out the shape.

Glue a small rectangle of pink felt to the backside of the beard for Santa’s face. I like to use quick-drying craft glue.

Flip the napkin ring over and glue two eyes on Santa’s face.  Glue a red pom-pom for Santa’s nose.

Fold a red napkin so that there’s a point at one end and glue.  Glue a white pom-pom to the pointed tip of the napkin.

Turn Santa over and secure the ends of the napkin ring with craft glue. You can trim Santa’s beard  to make the shape more defined.

Once the glue had dried completely, insert the napkin into the ring to create Santa’s hat. Cocktail napkins are the perfect size.

These would be so fun to make at a cookie party.
