Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese
2 English cucumbers
¼ cup fresh dill
2 TBS green onion
1 TBS mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon salt
Dash hot sauce
24 slices thin white bread

Slice one cucumber and set aside. Prepare the other by slicing in half, lengthwise. Scrap out the seeds and discard them.

Cook's Tip
Use an ice cream scoop to easily remove seeds from a cucumber. Peel the cucumber after removing the seeds so it will be easier to hold.

Grate the peeled and seeded cucumber. Place in strainer to drain off excess liquid.
