10 oz. chow mein noodles 1 cup dry roasted peanuts 16 oz. butterscotch chips

Line baking sheets with parchment paper or waxed paper.

Measure out the chow mein noodles and dry roasted peanuts.

Melt the butterscotch chips in the microwave or over a double boiler.

Quickly combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well, making sure dry ingredients are well coated with butterscotch.
