I know most of you probably spent the weekend at the beach, at the pool or at the grill, but I don’t want to hear any excuses.

Around these parts, school is still in session. And it’s time to turn in your homework for Home{work} Wednesday, the weekly link party for all things home-related that I cohost with Marty’s Musings, The Everyday Home,  and Worthing Court.

Homework Wednesday Linky Party

This morning, I shared this week’s most viewed posts from the link party.

Now, I want to pass out a few gold stars to those bloggers whose projects caught my eye and inspired me. (Be sure to head over to Worthing Court, The Everyday Home and Marty’s Musings to see which projects Suzy, Barb and Marty are featuring.) And if you want to pin any of the inspiring images I’m sharing here, please click on through and pin from the original source.

Antique Windows at Cynthia Weber.com

You must click over to see how interior decorator Cynthia Weber and her husband used antique windows to add character and charm to their home. While you’re there, don’t miss the home tour.

Petticoat Junktion oak dresser makeover

I am always wowed by Kathy’s painted furniture makeovers at Petticoat Junktion, and I love that she had the courage to paint this oak dresser. What a stunning before and after.

Upcycled Treasures Plant Stand Makeover

Upcycled Treasures did a great job transforming two plant stands with paint and some unexpected details. Click over to see the full makeover.

Congratulations on your stellar report cards, DIYers. You made the grade. If you were featured, feel free to grab the button below.

Homework Wednesday Featured Button

Now, it’s time for you to turn in this week’s homework.

Link up your best home-related project here, and your post will appear automatically on all four blogs: Marty’s Musings, The Everyday Home, Worthing Court and Atta Girl Says.

Once the party closes each week, we’ll each get out our red pens and start grading projects — featuring our favorites on our blogs. We’ll also be sharing projects throughout the week on our social networking channels, including Pinterest, where we have more than 16,000 followers combined.

Guidelines:

  • Please link to a specific post on your blog, not your Blog’s URL.
  • By linking up a project, you are giving the hosting blogs, listed above, the right to feature one or more of your photos on any of our blogs or social media outlets.
  • No more than three projects, please.
  • Take a few minutes to be inspired by the other links joining Home{work} Wednesday.
  • If you are pinning a feature, please click through to the original source to give proper credit.

We would love for you to link back to at least ONE of the host blogs. You are welcome to use the party button below.
